Ms. Lowy has been a New York State licensed clinician for 27 years, obtained her NJ license in 2019 and interim telehealth license for VT in 2022.  She has served clients in a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, early intervention, homecare and private practice. Ms. Lowy holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) and is a seven-time recipient of ASHA's Award for Continuing Education.

Ms. Lowy is trained in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy, Lessac-Madsen Resonant Voice Therapy (LMRVT), Casper-Stone Confidential Flow Therapy and the Compton P-ESL Accent Modification Program. She is a member of the American Speech Language Hearing Association and the American Academy of Private Practice in Speech Pathology and Audiology.
