We often have times where we go into fear and anxiety with greatly stress the body. Currently, the world is dealing with the pandemic known as COVID-19, or the Corona virus. Because this is affecting everything--health, livelihood, education to name a few--fear is an understandable response. Still, it is not sustainable if we are to retain our balance and our health.
